    Staff is quite good and cooperative. Room is average. No Television, No Elevevator/Lift. Stair case to climbe upto 2nd floor. Limited items in breakfast. But staff members are cooperative and helpful.

    I really enjoyed staying here. It was pretty new at the time and they were still doing construction in areas. But the staff was great. The breakfast was a wonderful and I was able to rent a scooter to get around. Just what I needed. They also have a Visa agency business and they assisted me on my application.

    Room size advertised for "standard" was 30m2, but the room assigned was much smaller. Wet bathroom - shower and the toilet share the same footprint. Air conditioner broke during our stay. But, the staff did add valuable support throughout our stay. Grateful for that. Without their efforts, this hotel is probably an overall 1 or 2 out of 5

    Disappointing Room Quality Despite Friendly Staff We stayed at this hotel for one night and booked a Deluxe Room. Unfortunately, the room did not quite meet our expectations, especially considering the room category. The bed and some of the furniture did not feel very durable or sturdy. The sofa was also disappointing as it did not have proper foam or cushioning—only the base was there, making it uncomfortable to use. The bathroom was okay and generally acceptable. However, the stairs were quite steep, which did not feel very safe, especially for families with young children. I also noticed that there was no evacuation plan posted inside the room, which is something we hope the hotel can improve for guests’ safety. Another major concern was the lack of soundproofing. We could clearly hear conversations and intimate activities from the neighboring room, which was uncomfortable and disruptive, especially when staying with family. Better sound insulation would greatly improve the guest experience. On the positive side, the staff were very kind, friendly, and accommodating, and we truly appreciated their hospitality. Overall, the hotel has potential, but we hope management will consider improving the quality and durability of the furniture, room safety features, and soundproofing. These improvements would make the stay much more comfortable and enjoyable for future guests.
