It’s clean, comfortable, and a very thoughtful experience. The pictures may not look like the Marriott, but the service is better by far and the level of cleanliness is absolutely comforting. Everything you could possibly need is waiting for you in your room. The drains don’t smell, there aren’t any bugs, it’s quiet. There’s laundry and an elevator. The kitchenette is very well-appointed. In summary, I’ve stayed in luxury apartments all over Asia, but this modest studio is easier to live in because the furniture is practical and very comfortable, and you have everything you need to cook a decent meal with. I will always book this place when I’m in HCMC.

The bed was comfortable, the location was convenient, the price was reasonable, and the host was especially friendly and helpful. I stayed almost an hour longer than planned and offered to give him extra money, but he refused. If I have the chance to visit Ho Chi Minh City again, I will book here again.

But unfortunately, during the week I stayed they were demolishing a nearby building, the noise was awful. Without that the place is lovely, feels like staying in a real apartment.
