    I had 4 days trip to SC , so l decided to book this hotel after keep looking for hotels , finally I booked this hotel , and I regret it, I found bugs everywhere, in front office, in kitchen area and inside a room, under the couch, under the bed , after complaining about my room, they told me they are going to change my room, wait a minute no way I just want to leave this hotel, bugs everywhere, cockroaches and small bugs, hotel is in good location but inside hotel not good at all , not clean, first day i had problem with bathroom, I couldn’t flush toilets, not draining, water not going down , so l couldn’t use the bathroom so I have to go downstairs to the bathroom and it was only one bathroom, I ask for refund and they just send me 2 days refund, supposed to be full refund, so I’m not recommending this hotel at all. It’s going to be at your risk.

    Everything went well, place is well kept and clean. Staff is very friendly. Only issue was with a dog barking early in the morning for a couple hours, waking everybody up. My guess is that someone left him there by himself. Problem is that I saw a few staff members on that floor and nobody seemed to be interested in addressing the situation. Came back from breakfast and dog was still barking. Better training is necessary.

    It’s not clean hotels, I usually book the hotels from Hilton chains , usually Hampton inn is one of my choice, but this is not a one I was looking for, l had a lot of issues with my room, smelly room , bugs is one of the issues I had , I'm not coming back , I don't recommend it ,
