Positives: great location on 1-65 south in Brentwood allows 10 minute travel to Nashville (non rush hours) and 6 minutes to Cool Springs; very good (mostly sugary) breakfast selection with attentive personnel; price was less than most low-end hotels at *** for a king; free parking.
Negatives: remodeling and refurnishing is in order throughout; the only available bed coverings are sheets, thin bedspread, and comforter/duvet and I needed just a light blanket, which they don't stock; room carpets are fine but other surfaces are worn; 3 shower dispensers but the soap one was missing (they claimed their soap supplier was at fault); nice staff but it's apparent they're not paid much.

The hotel is old and the bathroom was ridiculously small, but for the price, it served our needs well. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and responsive. Breakfast was good and the room was clean.

Our stay was excellent. The staff were friendly & attentive. Although the decor is a little dated, our room was clean & well put together. We had everything we needed with no surprise expenses. The daily breakfast was great with so many options. The laundry facilities were a plus. We will definitely stay there again.
