    All the staff which consists of the receptionist, breakfast crew, and the cleaning ladies were extremely nice and helpful. This is the best hotel we've stayed in Fort Collins for the past 6 years.

    Facilities are well clean. Staff are really nice and accommodating and Breakfast is great as well. Overall it was a great location and and we had a great time staying in this hotel with no issue.

    I'd stay again, due to location and price, but there were issues that the hotel wouldn't / couldn't address. First the good. This is a really good location in south Fort Collins that is still quiet. The hotel was clean and most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were told on check-in that the pool wasn't available due to facilities work, but it was open due most of our stay. The not so good. The hotel was very busy with race participants and little league teams and the kitchen staff struggled to keep up at breakfast. As long as you're patient and flexible, you should be good. If you're in a hurry ir have a deadline to be somewhere and need to eat breakfast at the hotel, get there early! The bad. Our shower didn't have hot water while the bathroom sink did. We reported it the first morning and we're told we probably showered at the same time as others. Doubtful at 5:30 am on a Saturday. The desk clerk offered to move us and we decided to wait until after an early morning meeting. When we returned to the hotel two hours later, the day clerk told us we couldn't move because they were expecting additional guests that night, but offered to check the water heater. We checked the water temp multiple times throughout our stay at all times of day and it was never more than lukewarm.
