They did not end up getting my Agoda booking, which I had a receipt for my $*** transaction with an $** room rate. So, for some reason, they charged my credit card an additional $*** for a single night. And once the error was brought to their attention, they issued a refund $**, instead of the ***. In addition, the pillows on the bed were so old, lumpy and bumpy, neither of us got much sleep. Like sleeping on a pile of large rocks.
