    When checked in staff gave me suite with sofa room key I originally paid more for and booked 2 weeks before. Someone was already in the room. Returned to desk and was told overbooked. They gave my room away and put me in a smaller room. Would have been *** dollars cheaper when I originally booked for the smaller room. They refunded $20 after I had to speak withrhe manager. I didnt want to argue. Make sure to call them the morning your headed out. Arriving late, they will give your room away. Also you won't feel welcomed with front desk personally. Shouldn't be working in hospitality trade if your going to be a drone and zombie.

    Location was quite far from staten and New York which requires passing from toll gates more frequently. Overall stay was good.
