I spent five nights here this week and despite the front desk telling me that the third floor should be quiet despite reconstruction happening on the fourth floor, I was awakened early every single day to construction noise. I did not sleep well and I was utterly exhausted for an event I had to attend. The staff either needs to shut down the third floor as well so guests can have a quiet stay or inform them that the top floor is likely to be noisy. I've always been impressed with the quality of most Hampton Inns but lately I've had problems at several of their hotels in Arizona. Another thing, you can't set the AC below 70 at some of their hotels which is too warm for many people to sleep at. Fortunately at this one I was able to set it to 65 but even that is barely cool enough for some people.

Everything was great at this hotel, staff were friendly. Rooms clean and presented very well. Great space and shower was lovely, beautiful views aswell.
