    We had a truly pleasant and comfortable stay. The hotel was well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere throughout. The staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, and always ready to assist. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made a real difference, ensuring everything went smoothly from check-in to departure. Thank you for the wonderful experience.     Hotel is located at Ancient city of Lijiang. Its far from main town. Those who not intrested to see Ancient city, better to take Hotel at near main town. By the way breakfast is nice. Good working people.

    Reliable Hampton by Hilton as usual. The breakfast laundry and fitness centre are appreciated (though the equipment can vary in quality and operation). The staff don't really understand English but they do their best and apps are there to help.
