    We enjoyed our stay very much. The setting is wonderful, the grounds beautifully maintained. The food in the restaurant very good and friendly staff. We were connected with a great driver who took us out every day to the various sites. It is quite isolated, and almost an hour’s drive to the main sites in Hampi.

    The location is fabulous. No doubt. But the place in sprawling with crawling insects..that too, HUGE ones. They even advised us to be careful when walking around the property as there maybe snakes, scorpions. We were scared by very big lizards in and around our room as well as the indoor games area - which by the way is the only entertainment you have on the property. Monkeys are playing all around the property which my kids and I actually enjoyed. But the deal breakers were - no AC in the restaurant and the room size was too small...they do not have intercomes and our room was way inside the wild. Mobile signal was weak too which made us feel unsafe. They said the property was sold out, but while we were there we did not see a single soul around and extremely limited staff members. Having already laid in full, we still decided to leave the property before nightfall and booked another hotel paying extra.
