    "My only purpose here is to share why I chose this property, especially since I was previously staying in a much larger property right opposite to it. This place does have some good aspects—it gives you a genuine vibe of Jaipur, the location is quite good, and sitting on the rooftop feels great, which is why I chose it after having a wonderful long stay at their Mumbai property in the past. Although minor issues like loud fans happen everywhere, my positive experience there brought me to their Jaipur branch. However, you have to face a lot of hassle for trivial things, like being micro-managed and told to use plastic cups instead of ceramic ones for tea, and when I brought up these initial issues, the main manager at the reception bluntly asked me why I even came there if I had so many problems. I told him I only want to see minor improvements, which every place needs, and while things settled down for a bit, other issues persisted: rooms are messy with long-term residents' belongings scattered everywhere despite multiple complaints, the rooftop and common areas lack fans or coolers in the peak summer heat, and the limited food options on the menu are rarely available. The biggest issue is the daily loud music from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM, which is so deafening it reaches the first-floor rooms, disrupting everyone's peace. On my final night, when the loud music became unbearable for me and my roommates, I called their official WhatsApp number to request them to lower the volume, but they flatly refused. I have the message records and see no point in naming individuals since everyone staying there knows the situation, but due to this, I made the decision to check out that very night. My only motive here is constructive improvement based entirely on what I experienced, and I hope they take this positively to grow and move forward."
