Halekulani is the best hotel I’ve stayed at! Upon arrival we were welcomed by the staff, got our bags, assisted our checkin and gave us welcome drinks. After checkin we were accompanied and introduced to our room. There were tote bag freebies and slippers to wear on site. There were multiple robes for bath, for swimming outside as well as pajamas. Every swimming area we were given towels and water was served. Most of the staff spoke english too and were very friendly. We felt special at our stay even if we didnt book the most expensive rooms. The pools and jacuzzi were great. The food was good too!! We had the best time there!

Halekulani Okinawa is absolutely breathtaking. The property is stunningly beautiful, offering serene ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it a true paradise. What truly elevates the experience, however, is the staff—their genuine kindness, warmth, and impeccable hospitality made us feel deeply cared for throughout our entire stay.
The only minor suggestion I would offer to make the resort experience even more perfect is to provide bicycles or e-bikes for guests. The coast has beautiful paths, and having bikes available would be a fantastic way to explore the scenic shoreline.
An incredible luxury escape booked seamlessly through Agoda. Highly recommended!

This is the best hotel I've stayed during our 9 days trip in okinawa in terms of value - the service is excellent , facilities are nee and clean and bedroom is really modern sparkling clean. The only regret for us is not able to stay one more night and ill make sure the next time im back to Okinawa I'll stay at least 2 nights. No fault can be found at this hotel.
