room not really soundproof
late night can hear cars outside but not too noisy
location wise okay because can just walk to centrum
but parking is really limited
beddinh, pillow, comforter all kinda musty and not squeky clean
for one night okay la. But for the price, can find better

first of all, i dislike their rules about checking in before 7pm or cancelled. Considering CH is high traffic location.
The room is not spacious. The beddinh, pillow is old and musty. The toilet’s door cant be close properly. Even with window, it we cant enjoy the view because its being blocked by their signboard, dusty too.
There is only one plug that is working, near the mirror table not near the bed. No toilet paper provided, only one trash can in the room. The room itself smell musty and smokey so need to turn on the fan. Luckily, the ekzos fan is not too loud and the water heater works fine.
For the room price, we can get a better homestay or better hotels.
