    Lần đầu tiên ở thì ok vì mình vốn chọn thanh toán trước qua thẻ, lần thứ hai vì quên chọn, mình chọn thanh toán sau tại khách sạn, tuy nhiên vẫn sử dụng thẻ khi đặt phòng. Ks nhắn riêng qua app kêu mình thanh toán trước. Tuy nhiên, mình ko vào app nên ko đọc được tin nhắn. Ks ko hề liên lạc qua số đt đặt phòng mà đơn phương huỷ phòng của mình khi mình sát ngày nhận phòng. Nếu khách sạn ko muốn khách thanh toán tại ks thì có thể ko để hình thức này cho khách lựa chọn mà, trong khi thanh toán sau mắc hơn thanh toán khi đặt, mình đã chọn thanh toán nhiều hơn nhưng vẫn bị phiền toái cho kì nghỉ của mình? Mình và gia đình sẽ không bao giờ quay lại khách sạn này.
