Our stay last night started very unpleasantly. At check in, the front desk staff was unfriendly and dismissive. We did not feel welcome at all. The woman who checked us in barely looked at us, seemed irritated, and did not even show us where the lift was.
We stayed with two adults and two children. When we entered the room, we found four bunk beds, which was not what we expected. We expected a double bed for the parents and separate beds for the children. When I went back to reception with my two children to ask if another room was possible, the staff member, a man with longer hair, was rude and did not allow me to explain. He blamed us for the booking and showed no willingness to help or even have a decent conversation.
The hotel itself is fine, but the customer service is a serious concern. The staff clearly needs proper training in hospitality and communication.
