Clean and nice place

The motel is quite new and facilities quite good. The place is clean and the staffs are polite. However, a few areas for improvement: 1. got smoking smell in the room, not so suitable for those who don't smoke 2. no free breakfast provided, unlike the few similar motels that I stayed in before 3. location not too ideal as there are not many choices of restaurants and shops within walking distance 4. the "smart TV" in my bathroom was faulty and the light turns on by itself in the middle of the night. I had to unplug the supply to stop it.
