    Unfortunately, this was by far my worst hotel experience in Istanbul. This was my third visit to Istanbul, and on every trip I have stayed in several different hotels. I only booked this hotel for one night, but even that one night was extremely uncomfortable and I could barely sleep. There was no proper air conditioning, only a very weak fan, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. I couldn’t even take a proper shower because the shower holder was broken, and the shower head was damaged as well. I could only wash my face. The room also didn’t have some very basic things such as drinking water, a kettle, or coffee. Overall, I did not feel comfortable staying there and even spent the evening looking for another hotel. The breakfast was also very disappointing — just one plate with three items, rather than a proper buffet. What I found particularly disappointing was the hotel’s response to other reviews, saying that their service depends on their price. I stayed at another hotel the following day for almost the same price, and it had a clean, stylish room and a proper buffet breakfast. I have also stayed at several other hotels in Istanbul at similar prices that were much better. Apart from the relatively good location, I honestly don’t see much to recommend about this hotel. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to other travelers.

    This place is perfect for a getaway, it’s super easy to check in and out, and super clean and cosy. Super great value for what you’re getting, will be rebooking when we head back to the Hunter valley.
