    I booked the hotel’s best suite, but the experience was far from premium. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. We were only given one key, and when we asked for a second, we were flatly refused. We had to retrieve our room number from a machine ourselves, and the staff made no effort to assist us. She also warned us not to lose the ticket, or we wouldn’t be allowed to have breakfast. The suite was not clean, dusty surfaces and clear signs of poor maintenance. It was also uncomfortably hot and poorly insulated. Despite being the hotel’s top-tier room, it lacked basic comfort. Breakfast was included but disappointing: the space was not clean, with very limited food options. There was no real coffee, only instant mix. Adding to the frustration, check-in wasn’t allowed until 5 p.m., while check-out was at noon, giving us very limited time in the room. Overall, not worth the price. I would not stay here again or recommend it.
