The hotel was a small building on its own in an alley with a few other boutique/family hotels side by side. The location was not bad, just about a 15 min drive away from the KTX station (gwangju seongjong station) if you are coming from Seoul. Generally, gwangju has not much touristy stuff but the area around within a walking distance of 15-20mins has a Lotte Mart Duplex and some great food spots. The room was very clean and building seems to be newly renovated so there wasn’t any spooky feeling. Level 1 has free coffee and breakfast, even with a ramyeon making station! The massage chair was good, though it just doesn’t have a leg function. The room also came with a styler which is superb for a quick refresh/steam for dirty clothes that have piled up during your trip. Hotel staff was really nice and friendly, but they speak limited english so just keep that in mind. Overall, the hotel seems to operate on a family model that is more informal and casual.

근처 일때문에 묵게 되었는데 깨긋하고 위치가 매우 좋아서 만족함.
