Comfortable stay. Good location. Stayed 3 nites. But not sure why room was not cleaned after 2nd nite although I indicator light for cleaning room was on since late morning. Short of housekeeping staff? Had to request reception to provide extra water bottles and the a most helpful front counter staff brought it after not getting any response from housekeeping. Thank you for the extra mile.

The first room we got was clean but feels a bit dated. - different from the trendy looking lobby and rooms shown online when we made our booking Only after we paid to upgrade to a refurbished room it feels better. However, only after we have settled in to realize the aircon was not working , so we had to hectically change room in my pyjamas which was not very pleasant at all

Awful set up and unprofessional management leading to poor customer experience. Hotel is primarily used by loud larger louts running shouting and banging doors until 3am. Our windows were locked shut due to regulation and the receptionist advised us that there is no heating over ride. We were lucky to have been provided with a fan when requested. Room smells moist and warm. Black out blinds inadequately covers the window. You’d think contractors would know how to use a measuring tape. Spa is oversubscribed due to the company pushing sales as a spa day break. Leaving no treatments available across three days. The spa customer service over the phone and by email is shockingly bad. The spa staff seem short staffed and rushed.
