    Stayed here multiple times and its comfortable Quiet, great showers clean and staff are friendly. Will keep using when I arrive in wakayama. Just a 4min walk from the train. Close to supermarket and restaurants as well.

    The place was nice, location-wise it was a few walks to the station. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and secure. It was also clean and comfy.

    I arrived earlier before the check in time with takeaway lunch, so I asked the man outside (I suppose he was one of the staff because he was moving things into the garage) if I can go inside to have a rest and late lunch before the check in time, he said OK. But soon after I sat down at the lobby, a lady came inside and asked me to go out immediately, in a very impolite way (I spoke Japanese with the lady). I knew that the check in time is 4pm and I got the permission by the man so I entered, but the way that the lady to ask me to get out was really uncomfortable. In addition, the lady was kept talking to the phone when I checked in. I really don’t feel welcomed by this guesthouse, really disappointing.
