    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was very convenient, close to Lotus's, restaurants (Bann Khun Bow is very good!!) and main roads, which made getting around easy. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly, professional, and helped me via Line when I had some trouble finding the check-in office. Google maps directs you to Building 4/5 but the office is one street over. Once the staff directed me to the correct spot, check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day of riding. Overall, it was great value for money and I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area or travelling through.

    พนักงานหน้าล๊อบบี้ไม่มีใจบริการ แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าไม่ดี ควรปรับปรุงให้มีมาตรฐาน พื้นฐานของที่พัก และควรมีแนวทางคู่มือการแก้ปัญหาพื้นฐานให้พนง.รู้ว่าถ้ามีเหตุการณ์ฉุกเฉินกับลูกค้า จะต้องทำอย่างไร - เนื่องจากเพิ่งเข้าพักล่าสุด เข้าพัก 2 คน ที่พักให้การ์ดมา 1 ใบ มีเพื่อนไปวิ่งเทรลเข้าป่า 1 คืนแล้วลืมติดการ์ดไปด้วยกว่าจะกลับมาก็น่าจะประมาณ 5 ทุ่ม ก็เลยไปแจ้งขอการ์ดสำรองและยินดีจ่ายมัดจำค่าการ์ดเพิ่ม พนง.ล๊อบบี้ตอบอย่างง่ายๆว่าไม่มี มีการ์ดแค่ใบเดียว สามารถเปิดห้องให้ได้แต่จะไม่มีการ์ดเสียบใช้ไฟฟ้า ซึ่งก็คือรู้ทั้งรู้ว่าเมื่อฟ้ามืดกลางคืนลูกค้าจะไม่มีไฟ ไม่มีแอร์ แล้วจะอยู่อย่างไรมืดๆ ไม่รู้ว่าเค้ามีความคิดด้านบริการแบบนี้กับลูกค้าได้ยังไง ทั้งยังตอบมาอีกว่า ก็ถ้าอยากได้การ์ดก็ต้องเปิดอีกห้องเพื่อให้มีไฟ มีแอร์ใช้ 😮‍💨 จนสุดท้ายกว่าจะได้การ์ดมา ต้องโทรไป Complain แต่กว่าจะได้มาก็คุยอยู่นาน ยังพูดอีกว่าการ์ดสำรองอยู่ที่ผู้จัดการ วันนี้เป็นวันหยุดของผู้จัดการ เลยไม่มีการ์ดให้ #โอ๊ะ สรุปว่ามีการ์ดสำรอง แต่วันนั้นเป็นวันหยุดของผู้จัดการ ก็เลยจะให้ลูกค้าอยู่ในห้องมืดๆ ร้อนๆ ทนๆไป จนกระทั่งได้การ์ดสำรองมาด้วยการ ต้องสอนพนง.ที่ล๊อบบี้ว่า ให้โทรไปแจ้งผู้จัดการเพื่อขอการ์ดสำรองให้ลูกค้า ซึ่งในใจก็สงสัยมากว่า เรื่องพื้นฐานบริการแค่นี้ พนง.คิดเองไม่ได้หรอ? ต้องให้ลูกค้าเป็นคนแนะนำว่าโทรไปหาผู้จัดการสิ 😒
