I was a bit skeptical when booking as this is not a national hotel brand but the facilities were very nice and clean. Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly.

Nice hotel, rooms are nice and big, staff was very welcoming and helpful. Pool room is not well lit and pool smells that’s only complaint I have but if your not there to swim then I highly recommend. Kentucky down under zoo and cave tour was 3 minutes away and was amazing my kids loved it, nice Amish restaurant and store across from the hotel as well…

My family and I were going there once a month minimum for the pool for my autistic son, most of the staff is great Nicole is AMAZING! BUT there is a Latina front desk employee who is rude and prejudiced, she treats my family and I like second class citizens and treats my son like a burden when he’s autistic, she will allow the person in front of me checking in to just come on in while she wants everything but my first born from me when I’m on a first name basis with other staff. Normally I would give this a way higher rating because of Nicole alone but that other woman is the reason I will not be back
