    Was great to be situated so close to our family who live locally. Was a challenge communicating with staff at times, junior staff at times unhelpful, they simply say “no” instead of seeing if senior staff to assist, who were a little more competent with English.

    The staff at reception is very friendly and helpful. They made us comfortable and gave check inn very smoothly. They helped me in getting a taxi also. The rooms are very spacious and bathrooms are great with premium fixtures. The breakfast was good for an Indian too. There is a big Bus stand - Border Gate which is 700 mtrs from the hotel from where you can get Bus to important places like Grand Lisboa , Lisboa palace etc. Overall a great value for money

    クリーンネスやベッドなどに不満はありません。寝るだけで宿泊費を抑えたい方には十分快適なホテルでした。ただ冷蔵庫が簡易のものしかなく、収納容量が小さく、全然冷えないため、3泊の滞在が不便でした。冷蔵庫さえ通常のものに改善いただければ、また宿泊しても良いと思いました。
