    Very disappointing experience. I booked this hotel through Agoda, and the booking clearly mentioned a King Size Bed. However, when I checked in, I was given a room with two small twin beds instead. When I raised the issue, the hotel staff told me that if I wanted the king-size bed I had originally booked, I would have to pay an additional ₹1,000. This felt unfair and misleading, as I expected to receive the room type that was confirmed in my booking without paying extra. The hotel should honor confirmed reservations instead of asking guests to pay more at check-in. I hope the management improves its booking process and customer service to avoid this happening to other guests.
