I recently stayed at the Grecotel Meli Palace and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the buffet offerings. A diverse selection of fresh, well-prepared dishes that delighted every member of my family. The variety was extensive, and the flavors were authentic, particularly the local Greek specialties.
The staff deserves special mention for their warmth and professionalism. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine smiles, and throughout our stay, the team went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their hospitality truly enhanced our experience.
However, I must note that the hotel’s infrastructure is starting to show its age. The rooms, while clean, are in need of renovation. The wear and tear were evident, and a refurbishment would significantly improve the overall experience. Updating the facilities to match the high standard of service and dining would elevate this hotel to an even higher level.
Overall, Grecotel Meli Palace offers a delightful stay with fantastic food and friendly service, but a little investment in the property itself would make it even better.

Hi,
This hotel is a good option when travelling with small kids.
Negative points: room rather small and the bathroom looks old. An upgrade to an Italian shower would help to improve the looks. One staff (Theodoros from the front office) was not friendly. Music (part of the entertainment ) is loud and would not recommend the sea view room if you are with small kids.
Positive: the entertainment for kids, generally the staff is very friendly, food is diverse and good, the facilities overall, the manager is present and I think he keep well things under control.
