This was the worst hotel experience of my life. What I booked and what I got were completely different.
I booked a hotel room, not an apartment, but ended up in a separate building with no clear information about it beforehand. Breakfast was advertised as a buffet in the hotel, but in reality it was served in a café next door — we had to go outside, wait in line for over 40 minutes every morning, and could only order one coffee. Definitely not a buffet!
The spa was overcrowded and poorly managed — only 10 loungers for nearly 30 people, a tiny pool full of drunk guests, a broken jacuzzi, and a sauna with long queues. When I contacted the spa before arrival, they promised free towels, slippers, and robes for hotel guests, but on arrival I was told I had to pay extra.
The worst part was in the women’s shower: there were no doors or curtains, and men sitting in the sauna across the hall started whistling and making comments when someone opened the door. I felt completely humiliated.
To make it even worse, on the day of check-out, although the official check-out time was 12:00, staff came at 11:10 and told us to leave immediately.
This stay was a complete disappointment — misleading information, poor service, and zero respect for guests. I have photos and videos proving everything, and my lawyer will be contacting the hotel as I plan to take legal action.
