    Menginap di Grandmas benar-benar menyenangkan dan terasa hangat. Stafnya sangat ramah dan perhatian, terutama Bapak Joko di customer experience, serta Kariati dan Riris di resepsionis, mereka membuat pengalaman menginap terasa personal dan menyentuh hati dan membantu saat proses checkoutnya. Kamar bersih, fungsional, dan amenitiesnya lengkap, mulai dari sabun wangi hingga smart TV yang semuanya berfungsi dengan baik. Sedikit catatan, colokan listrik dekat kepala di double bed hasil gabungan twin bed, dan jendela agak kecil, tapi itu minor dibanding kenyamanan keseluruhan. Check-in informatif dan check-out pun memorable, dengan gesture manis seperti penawaran gelang sebelum pulang. Parkir outdoor tersedia dan aman, tidak jauh dari hotel.
