    Extenuating circumstances led to this 2 star rating. The entire hotel’s A/C was broken and being repaired for my one day visit. It was 84° in the room when I arrived at 4. The A/C was repaired around 6 but my room went from 84° to 77° in the span of 12 hours. It was very uncomfortable, to say the least. There are other positives and negatives to the room/hotel. The TV was excellent and the beds were comfortable. But the shower’s water pressure was lousy. The hallway reeked of cigarette smoke even though it’s a non smoking hotel. If the A/C had worked, I would probably give a 3, maybe 4 star rating.

    I was on the 8th floor and it was VERY hot. I turned the AC on and it didn’t do to much. The shower took a long time to get hot. My mini fridge didn’t work. The rooms were nice & bed was comfy. It also advertises about the pool/indoor water park, i don’t believe it is functional. Also couldn’t find a soda/snack machine anywhere. This use to be a very happening place with the indoor water park, little bistro & large hall area where they had pool (8/9 ball tournaments) a functioning bar. They should try to get those amenities up and running again.
