    Family room feel us good. Reception staff are so polite and kind nature and helping. Clean and special facility for beach & tower house hotel is providing.

    First of all let me thank Shubh for giving all the support on phone itself. Location is little bit interior. Room allotted has strong bad odour. On complaint the staff addressed the issue. Room is spacious with beds. The staff are cordial. overall it is ok.

    It was chaos. The hotel should not promote rooms with twin bed that is not available. The hotel needs to really work on hot water system, bathroom cleanliness, and hygiene.

    Unclean room, dirty old ,frayed, towels, cockroaches wandering around, someone's used toothbrush lying in the cupboard, and a silly rule of 'checkout at 8 am'....
