    The room was beautiful, clean and the staff were amazing and helpful. The shops were located right across the road but the area wasn't as good as I thought. There was many people traveling through the alley ways at all hours day and night. Apart from that, the staff and hotel was great and great price too! Also, many places to eat and nice park nearby to :)

    I have stayed here countless times over the past 7 months. What started as me chasing the ghost of my ex partner around Wyong, ended with me finding myself and realising that this was my safe space, essentially what felt like my HOME. I feel more safe here then I did at my house. The staff are absolutely amazing, and have always accommodated my needs and made sure I felt like my voice was heard. I can't recommend The Grand Hotel Wyong enough. Thank you, to each and everyone of the staff. I love you all. I now know that I need to move on and leave the ghost of myself behind. I do cherish the memories there and I will always be grateful for the times I've spent there. Forever one of my safe spaces. ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ’•

    We stayed un the new part of the hotels. Glass frosted bathrooms, so you would need to stay with someone that you are comfortable with. Very cosy place and has good security. Would stay there again
