The location of the hotel is beautiful, with a peaceful atmosphere and a great view. Unfortunately, the hospitality did not match the setting.
When we checked in and were waiting for our room to be cleaned, no one even offered us a glass of water. Even during meals, water was not served, which is a basic courtesy in the hospitality industry. We had to ask for everything ourselves instead of the staff taking the initiative. Overall, the staff was not supportive or welcoming, making the experience feel impersonal.
The food is also quite expensive for what is offered.
If you’re a solo traveler looking for a quiet place, this hotel might be suitable. However, I would not recommend it for couples. Since the hotel is located far from the main square, the area feels quite isolated, and without warm hospitality, the stay can feel lonely.
