    Inspite of paying 100% payment in advance, the reception person present late night at the time of check-in took Rs. 1200/- and then allowed the check-in. We talked to Mr.***( authorised person) in the morning and requested for the refund. He told that he will talk to the concerned person who was present at the time of check-in. We tried to contact later on but Mr.*** phone was not responding. I expect that Agoda should refund us the amount that was charged to us and no receipt was issued also. There is no signage outside the hotel also. Everything seems to be fishy.
