    I initially went to the hotel counter to ask about the room price, and I was quoted RM150. I then checked Agoda and found that the same hotel was offering a room for only RM102.99, so I decided to make the booking through Agoda instead. However, after checking in, I was shocked by the condition of the room. The room was extremely dirty and unhygienic. As shown in the attached photos, there were numerous dark spots and what appeared to be insects or insect debris on the bedsheet and around the mattress. I was also bitten during the night and could not sleep properly. What was even more disappointing was that I had to change rooms twice before I was finally given a room that was reasonably clean. I spent a large part of the night dealing with the room changes instead of being able to rest. Based on this experience, it gave me the impression that the quality of the room provided may have been determined by the price I paid. Since I booked through Agoda at the lower rate of RM102.99 instead of the RM150 quoted at the counter, I was apparently given a much poorer-quality room. If this is indeed the hotel's practice, I find it extremely unfair and unacceptable. I booked through Agoda expecting to receive a proper and hygienic room, regardless of the booking price. I hope Agoda will seriously investigate this matter and provide an appropriate refund or compensation for this unacceptable experience.
