    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location was also very convenient. I would definitely come back again!

    Property is amazing and absolute steal for its value. Only negative is there is no breakfast provided and also we had some room issues which could be more proactively sorted. however for its price it is an absolute steal

    My stay at GoldSmith Residence was disappointing from the moment I checked in. The room was advertised as having a TV, but it did not work at all. When I asked about it, I was told that none of the TVs in the building were functioning. Thankfully I had my laptop with me, otherwise I would have had nothing to unwind with at night. The property itself felt strangely quiet. It appeared to be run by a family who did not speak English, and communication was handled mostly through one Cambodian staff member who could speak English. The overall atmosphere in the building felt unsettled, and throughout my entire stay I only ever saw one other solo traveller. The lack of activity made the place feel unusually empty. The payment process was the biggest frustration. My Agoda booking did state that payment would be made at the hotel, but I was shocked to find that they only accepted cash. They did not take cards at all. I had very little cash with me, which meant I had to head out late at night on my final evening in search of an ATM. For a place marketed as a boutique hotel, this was completely unacceptable. Overall, the entire experience felt off and I was relieved that my stay was short. I would not return to this property. It did not feel professional, comfortable, or secure in any way, and there were moments that made the place feel VERY questionable.
