    The staff and customer service is poor. Booked AC room, for approximately Rs.3000/. online. Local transport drivers of autos are not aware of the hotels' location. Hence charged extra for drop off. No welcome drink. No water bottle. Not one condition mentioned online satisfactorily met. We were and are unable to contact the Agoda customer specialists directly. Hence accommodated in non AC room and agreed via WhatsApp with property owner, to refund differential charges. Amount was not discussed. The regular charges seem to be only Rs1250/ for a regular offline booking of Non AC room. Despite all inconveniences ; today, at the time of check out a mere ₹500/ has been settled. Please let us know the procedure to claim the excess payment of ₹1,250/ asap. Please give us, an effective response at the earliest; to assure us, of your best services for future transactions too. Awaiting a refund in the agoda account. Thanking you, Yours gratefully Ramaswamy
