    Terrible Terrible STAY at Ginger Hotel Thane.....Do Not Book the Property, had booked the property for 22 June 2026. pros. 1. Big Rooms for Family Accomodations 2. Location was Good, nearby to Hotels for Food, Try Swagat Restaurat Great fr Veg & Non veg 3. Got Parking for your Cars cons. 1. NO LIFTS at the Property, got my room 201 on the 2 nd floor, so was a task as self service for the luggage 2. Check inn was a hassle nearly took them 1 hr 3. My 10 yr Daughter was Charged for Breakfast, regardless of having booking including Breakfast in package by Agoda. 4. The Ceeling Fan in the room made sound for the entire time, may be only for the room no.201 so pls check yours 5. The Air con in the room is installed in weird side way, so takes very long time fr cooling 6. Always Book Online coz direct booking costs you nearly 1500 rs more..... 7. Average Breakfast you can book without it in the package & try eateries outside you wont Regreat

    The rooms looked dated, the rooms were not properly cleaned and had smell of cigarette within the room and especially in the bathroom. The comod was unhygienic. Not worth a ginger stay.

    My stay was a bit disappointing. My expectations from ginger were a bit high but I feel the price should have been lower for the kind of property it was. No lift so had to climb 3 floors withy luggage. Rooms were small and not that kept. Service staff was tough nice and helping. I booked for 2 nights and checked out in 1 day.
