    Rating: 5/5 I recently stayed here for a 3 nights and had a fantastic experience. The room was spotless, quiet, and featured an extremely comfortable bed. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and made check-in smooth, and room service was prompt. Food had a variety of fresh options, and the location was very convenient for getting around. I would happily stay here again! Certain things to be checked and improved: 1. The Reception phone needs to be kept free for people to call for any urgency from room. 2. Please include some cold drinks and fruit juices atleast. Not everyone drinks coffee and tea. 3. The food was delicious but since i have less salt, for me it was too salty. The best was the 24 hour running water, be it hot or cold. No jokes at all, getting a continuous supply of uninterrupted water was surprise. Frankly hadn't expected. Even though the weather had turned unexpectedly bad with thunderstorms and heavy rain, there was no experience disaster. There was a short powercut just to enable generator and then the entire electricity was on. Wifi worked perfectly fine for all 3 nights and 4 days. AC, Fan and cleanliness was spot on. I visited here with my mother who is around 70. The stay was safe and felt more like homestay. Would really recommend this hotel if you are female and searching for a safe, hygienic and home away from home kind of place. Special mention to Rahat, Khushi, Laxmi and Vijeta alongwith Shivlal, Deenu, Mahesh, Vishwajeet for extremely helpful, friendly and

    Staff is not attentive to customer needs. I asked for a GST bill didn’t get till now. I had asked for packed breakfast didn’t get that as well. Food at the restaurant was delivered very late.
