    Dear Ginger Hotel Nashik , I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay at Ginger Hotel, Nashik, which was booked through Agoda for approximately ₹3,200. Having previously stayed at Ginger Hotel, Nagpur for a similar price, where the room quality, service, and experience were excellent and truly value-for-money, I expected a consistent brand standard at the Nashik property. However, my experience at Ginger Nashik was completely subpar and failed to meet basic expectations. Here are the key issues I faced during my stay: Lack of Basic Toiletries & Amenities: Essential items such as a comb, dental kit (brush & toothpaste), and shaving kit were missing from the room. Inoperative Equipment: The television in the room was not working at all. Inconsistent Brand Standards: If Ginger is a unified hotel chain, why is there such a massive gap in quality and hospitality between different properties? Pending Invoice via Email: At the time of checkout, I requested an electronic copy of my bill for official company reimbursement and provided my email address at the reception. The receptionist assured me that the invoice would be emailed, but I have received no hard copy follow-up or digital invoice on my mail yet. Considering the condition of the room and the poor amenities provided, this room was barely worth ₹1,600, yet I was charged ₹3,200. The stay was not value for money at all. I request you to immediately email me the official tax invoice/bill for my stay so I can process my claim. Additionally, I expect a proper explanation regarding these service lapses and an assurance that feedback like this is addressed seriously. Looking forward to your prompt response.

    A modern bright chic hotel. Staff are great. Rooms a little small- OK for a overnight stay. Good breakfast. Not a lot accessible on foot around it, there is a complex with a couple of bars next door. I would recommend

    Servicing takes longer time, for serving complimentary water they took more than 1 hour, in buffet, people will use their bit hand and they are taking the items, there should be strict instruction and monitoring to customers. So, that they must follow table ethics and touching of food
