    Zero hospitality...last 2 days no staff on site...no clean towels, no toilet paper, front doors left open for anyone to roam in free off the street...no security at all...air conditioner was poorly installed with duck style plastic tape allowing mosquitos, black flies and hornets in my room...I stay in hotels 200 days in a year...this was by far the worst experience I've had yet! Sorry...if u want repeat customers and good reviews you should at least cater to your clients, make sure they are comfortable and have what they need in their room especially if your not gonna pay at least one staff to be on site 24 hrs a day...very unprofessional.
