Nothing was given as per requirements room service comes in 30-40 mins even for basic services and in one of my room all the amenities was not working, the manager at the hotel is very rude doesnt know how to talk to customer

This is the worst hotel stay experience in my life. At first, we were unable to find this hotel because name display light was not working. We booked it for Rs.12300/- for three room with breakfast but it is not worth even for Rs. 1500 per room. There is Offline rate for each room is Rs. 1800/- but Agoda charged Rs. 4100/- per room which was more than double. They provide only one water bottle for each room. When we asked for one more water bottle then they said jug is filled with water. But jug was empty. After 20 minutes they filled jug when we called them many times. Lift was not working there and there are old age persons are with us but they have no option other than stairs so they have to go to top floor I.e 5th floor from stairs for dinner and breakfast. Electricity was not available for one hour and generator was not available. Rooms were not clean. There are no one other than us. So you can judge hospitality of this hotel. I never recommend this to anyone.
