This hostel is high in the mountains with a breathtaking view of Port Antonio. Hosts Marion and Anna are delightful and helpful. Marion makes a great breakfast (egg, pancakes, fresh fruit, coffee or tea). If you don’t want the dormitory experience, we highly recommend the private Sunshine Cottage. Although this hostel is hard to reach (a long drive from Port Antonio on challenging roads, Marion can assist you in accessing the site. it’s a jumping-off point for all kinds of hiking and for rafting down the Rio Grande.
