From the lobby the girl was very rude and not helpful different room gave me

I made reservations for 2 rooms because we a family vacation me with my wife and 2 kids 12 years old and 9 months old daughters and my mother The lobby woman was very rude and not even close to helpful person the rooms was not cleaned and they claimed a strange reason that the rules of the hotel is not cleaning the day of check in And one of my rooms was should be with 2 beds and after lot of arguing and phone calls they separate the beds in just 10 minutes after the rude lobby lady said that it’s not possible Note:: i booked in this hotel many times and it was very great but this time was the worst and i will nover back to it again

We had a pleasant stay for almost 2 weeks, good location and polite cooperative staff. Cleaning service is good and good value for money. Thank you all..

- figured out by sleeping time that we will spend the first night without A/C?????? With a temperature of 29*C couldn’t sleep. The staff decided not to let me know until I complained to them. Finally they decided to move to another suite with a terrible view yet with AC. The staff are extremely friendly in so many ways. But my experience wasn’t the best there.
