    I'm booked one day package, in that family went 2 adult and 2 children's, But Booked family room their we went and asked FO team, but they said only 1 audlt booked from agoda, extra person will charged 650rs , I booked 4 pax for 1 room with children's, That over night around 9 pm. Hotel manager not agree to stay with extra payment, We are got fool their, Agoda customer support not good there optional only we have to tap and move on, it is not good na, I planned kottiyoor temple darshana, So i didn't ask anythink to them, So viwers and visitors please while going the room kindly reconfirm to agoda agent, this agoda team also giving special discount, it's not valuable, Their in room single cot and bed not comfort to sleep, also I asked extra bed not provided, So bad experience in this hotel very for away to city, Near by airport but waste of money. Dear agoda team emergency plz provide ur customer care number to booking guest very difficult to contact u guys... About room not sufficient to stay.. Please not valuables....
