Our stay at the Gaslight was great we had a huge room which had everything we needed, including an outdoor area, the only drawback was the stairs to get to the room, younger people no problem, and the shared bathroom and toilet , but well worth the money

Spent a night over there. The room is good, the shared bathroom is great, the floors in the room was wooden and was creaky when walking on it and could hear people in rooms next door. It's slightly on the expensive side for the age of hotel and the fact that it's only with shared bathroom.

Very disappointed as the bed was dirty (snot wiped on the side of the bed) what was worse was the noise (even on a “quiet” Tuesday night it was unbearable. The staff were emptying the pokey machines from 3:30 am to 4:10 am in the morning and every time they open one of the machines an alarm would go off for several minutes. This happened over 20 times then after they closed just after 4 am about 20 minutes later a staff member came upstairs put on their TV and was listening to music until 5 am. It was hell and not what you want before jumping on a 15 hour flight. Will never be back.
