    This hotel is great in terms of customer service and cleanliness! The moment we check in into our room, we realize that our room is full of cigarette smell and it is way too suffocate to breath through it and so we request for room exchange and immediately the receptionist arrange another new room for us. All the staff are very friendly and efficient! When we encounter an issue, they solve it immediately within few minutes, kudos to all the staff! Definitely coming back if I happen to visit Zhengzhou again!
