Convenient location and wonderful staff. Overall, happy with the stay but it is a little tired for a 4 star hotel, about time for a renovation.

Minutes from music center and Pier 2. Hotel is ok. It clearly used to be very nice, but it needs renovation. But fine for the price and location

Everything a touch dated, but comfortable. Right above a bar, so perfect for me after a day of work.

6.4 / 10Average·Sep 2026

The cleanliness of the hotel was very poor. There was a significant amount of dust in the room, and I already requested that the room be cleaned, but unfortunately, no action was taken by the hotel. We stayed for two nights, and throughout our stay, the hotel did not take any action to address the issue. I have three children, and the dust in various areas of the room was very disturbing, especially when it came to their breathing and overall comfort. I sincerely hope the hotel will take this matter seriously, as excessive dust can affect guests’ health and should not be overlooked. I hope the hotel will improve its cleanliness standards and respond more appropriately to similar concerns in the future.
