    The hotel were very accommodating and the staff were great. A big plus for location, we had a circle K a minute away from us and Lotte Mart 5 minutes walk away.

    This place was perfect! Reasonably priced, excellent location, clean sheets and a soft mattress. Booking on Agoda in Hanoi has been pretty hit or miss for me, emphasis on the miss, but this place is worthy

    We booked this hotel expecting a room similar to the ones beautifully displayed in the listing photos. However, upon arrival, the property felt quite old-fashioned, and the room did not meet our expectations. There were no windows with natural light. Instead, there was a “decoy” window with curtains, but behind it was a solid wall, which was very disappointing and misleading compared to the listing. We had also booked a room with breakfast included, but at check-in the receptionist did not inform us about the breakfast at all, neither the location nor the timing. As we arrived late and wanted to rest immediately, we did not ask at the time and only discovered this the next morning, by which point we had already missed breakfast (closed 9am) We contacted the hotel through Agoda to express our dissatisfaction. The hotel offered a “free upgrade” with complimentary breakfast, although breakfast was already included in our original booking. The hotel has two buildings: one with apartments and another with hotel-style rooms. We were moved to the other building (with no lift), which has a café on the ground floor open to the public. Breakfast was provided as coupons to be used at this café. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was very disappointing for us as a Muslim couple. As we only eat halal meat or vegetarian food, our options were limited. The breakfast menu consisted almost entirely of meat-based dishes. When we asked if there were any alternatives (i.e eggs), such as bread or pastries, we were told these were not included in the breakfast, despite us explaining that we could not eat anything on the menu. As a result, we were unable to use any of the four days of breakfast that we had already paid for. The staff are good, but the hotel system needs improvement for better customer experience.
