    Rooms are lovely, spacious, table to sit at ..a bonus plus a couch to lounge on. Beds very comfortable . Bathroom enough room to move around in...shower nice and hot. Parking right in front of room, back gate ..very convenient. We love this motel. .m

    I was pleasantly surprised with our room. It was very clean, had everything and more than what we needed for 1 night stay. The beds were comfortable, shower pressure was great. Everything was excellent. I would definitely stay again. The only downside was the road noise but that can't be helped.

    The bathroom was very small and difficult to navigate with accessibility aids. The carpark was also difficult to navigate due to size and layout and I had to wait for other people to check out before I could get my car close enough to be able to pack up and leave. I had filled out the form on this website and indicated that I was okay with a smaller bed if needed however this resulted in multiple contacts from staff telling me that I had booked a single room and there were no family rooms left, and it was unclear from the first few whether my booking would be honoured. This was brought up again when I checked in, in addition to staff clearly being uncomfortable with my disability and not knowing how to behave around me. I did appreciate being able to exit onto the back road in the morning rather than try to turn onto a busy arterial road and that the shower did not require a huge step, and that the blackout curtain was largely effective, but I would not feel comfortable returning without someone non-disabled to deal with checking in and out and would just book a family room so I could press the ticky box to be able to book without having to deal with that.
