    My stay at Four Points by Sheraton Kunming was excellent. The location is ideal for travellers looking for halal food options. The hotel is surrounded by delicious halal food stalls, restaurants, cafés, and shopping malls, making it very convenient to explore the area. The ambience around the hotel is vibrant and lively, adding to the overall experience. The hotel staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. I stayed on the 28th floor, and the view from my room was absolutely spectacular. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment after a day of sightseeing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kunming, especially Muslim travellers looking for easy access to halal dining options. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

    We thought the hotel would be great but the check-in process was slow, slow responses from the staff, no follow-up from the request via room call or agoda message, lack of staff to clear the table during peak breakfast time. Main entrance is always crowded with cars and the taxi driver will take longer time to reach or drop us further away so that they won't be trapped inside.

    Perhaps due to language barrier of front desk staff who can not converse or speak well in English, communications was difficult.
